Color Blindness

According to the article, "Color Blindness Most Common in White Boys" in Review of Optometry April 2014:

1) 1 in 20 white male children are color blind/ color deficient. 

2) About 0% to 0.5% of girls of any ethnicity have almost no colorblindess

3) Children with color blindess often perform poorly on tests or assignments that use color-coded materials

4) Get your child's eye checked at 6 months, 2 years, and 5 years of age.
